Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition for Technical Roles

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and manufacturing positions at our Hsinchu, Taiwan office. You will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and professional roles, from requisition creation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job intake, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a strong employer brand.
• Facilitate panel interviews and conduct regular follow‑ups with managers to assess recruiting effectiveness.
• Develop and track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and propose process improvements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives, including social media, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
• Research and implement new sourcing channels for both active and passive candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in technical and professional recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and handle confidential information.
