Property & Wholesale Manager – Aesop (Taiwan)

About the role

The Property & Wholesale Manager will drive Aesop’s offline expansion and wholesale growth in Taiwan. Working closely with the Brand General Manager, commercial and finance teams, you will identify new retail opportunities, negotiate with landlords, and manage wholesale partnerships to strengthen the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3‑5 year offline expansion plan, aligning property projects with brand strategy.
• Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements with landlords, ensuring brand protection and optimal ROIC.
• Conduct post‑opening reviews and continuously improve store productivity.
• Build and expand the wholesale channel by identifying like‑minded partners, handling amenity and corporate sales requests, and forecasting sales.
• Manage orders, compile sales and strategy reports, and collaborate with logistics and finance teams.

Required profile

• Strong business development experience in the luxury or fashion retail sector.
• Deep understanding of the Taiwan retail market and its commercial districts.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• High sense of luxury, fashion and elevated lifestyle.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
