Project Manager – HVAC/BMS Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the profitable execution of large‑scale Systems, Mechanical, and Equipment projects. You will collaborate with owners, contractors, sales, and HVAC/BMS teams to provide project support, drive cost‑saving initiatives, and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑bid cost and scope reviews, develop tolls, and plan site schedules.
• Monitor material progress, coordinate project milestones, and review variation orders.
• Prepare risk reports, propose mitigation actions, and manage project‑level SOP implementation.
• Develop and manage HVAC/BMS project teams, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Track financial performance of all HVAC/BMS projects and ensure alignment with budget targets.
• Standardize cost‑review tools, refine SOPs, and deliver training to project staff.
• Travel as required and support additional tasks assigned by the PD Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, BMS, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial/industrial experience in HVAC/BMS project management, cost estimation, and design.
• Proven ability to implement and improve operational SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
