Project Manager – HVAC & BMS Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of HVAC, building services, and BMS projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HVAC, building services and BMS projects from tender through execution, including contract review, planning, scheduling and compliance.
• Manage project scope, cost, billing, cash flow and profitability, providing accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and control schedules, resources, risk registers and recovery plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor tendering, negotiation, contract administration and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement, equipment selection, material ordering and delivery schedules.
• Ensure site execution meets specifications, safety standards, local codes and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare and negotiate variation orders, claims and contractual changes.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (professional membership a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience managing HVAC/building services projects, including large‑scale or complex system integrations.
• Proven track record in full project lifecycle management, from tendering to commissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent written communication skills.
