Production Operator – TCP (Tainan)

About the role

Micron is seeking a TCP Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Tainan. You will work on a 12‑hour shift schedule, rotating between day and night, and be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment that produces high‑performance memory and storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate multiple production machines and ensure continuous coverage during breaks.
• Use computer‑based programs to log machine data and monitor equipment performance.
• Communicate any performance discrepancies promptly to the lead.
• Maintain product and process quality by following current specifications, procedures, and change notifications.
• Organize and keep the workstation compliant with 6S standards.
• Participate in certification, recertification, and on‑the‑job training activities.
• Report hazards, follow safety protocols, and work ergonomically.

Required profile

• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications for daily duties and data logging.
• Strong communication skills for clear pass‑down information and feedback.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts with bi‑weekly rotation.
