Facility Engineer

About the role

BizLink is looking for a proactive Facility Engineer to manage and optimise critical utility systems across its manufacturing sites. You will ensure reliable operation of power, HVAC, fire‑fighting and other infrastructure while driving energy‑saving initiatives and supporting production expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular and ad‑hoc inspections of facility equipment, buildings and general‑affairs infrastructure.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly facility management goals and strategic work plans.
• Plan facility requirements for production expansion and supervise ongoing construction projects.
• Provide high‑level troubleshooting and maintenance for utility systems to minimise downtime.
• Manage routine maintenance of public utilities and equipment, ensuring safe and consistent operation.
• Analyse equipment performance and implement energy‑saving improvement solutions.
• Respond promptly to factory emergencies and lead restoration efforts.

Required profile

• Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in facility management or utility engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in English for technical communication.
• Proven ability to coordinate with utility companies, architects, engineers and external contractors.

• HVAC and electromechanical systems.
• Power distribution, high/low voltage supply, water systems and fire safety equipment.
• Cleanrooms, air compressors, exhaust systems and chillers.
• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
