Process Support Engineer – New College Graduate (2026)

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer (PSE) you will guide products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to qualification, providing on‑site installations, system diagnoses and repair of complex semiconductor equipment. You will collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for advanced chip manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑visibility customer support through on‑site installations, system diagnostics and repair of complex equipment.
• Work closely with customers to develop leading‑edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyse data with statistics and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root‑cause analyses and resolve difficult process engineering and product issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technologies.
• Experience with Plasma Reactive Ion Etch (RIE) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes.
• Understanding of anneal and implant processes.
• Ability to design experiments (DOE) and apply statistical analysis.
