About the role
Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Privacy Legal Specialist to support its growth there. The role covers contract and documentation support, privacy research and assessment, operational and incident coordination, and liaison with administrative and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support contract and documentation work
- Support privacy research and assessments
- Coordinate operations and incidents
- Liaise administratively and across functions
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data privacy, personal data protection or privacy-related legal and compliance matters
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, working across multiple functions and levels
- Able to handle many priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and confidentiality
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations, with experience in privacy assessments, legal research or compliance reviews
- Experience supporting privacy-related contracts, legal documentation and operational processes
