职位概况
我们在台中寻找具备法律专业背景的顾问，负责集团业务的法律风险评估与合约管理，并支持跨部门项目与培训。
主要职责
- 规划并研议集团业务涉及的商业、智慧财产权、跨领域或新兴法制议题的策略及风险评估。
- 审阅、撰写及协商各类合约。
- 支援公司及部门的特定项目。
- 提供各单位的教育训练。
- 完成主管交办的其他事项。
任职要求
- 台湾主要大学法律系毕业，具英美等国法学硕士以上学历。
- 三年以上工作经验，具智慧财产权领域知识或实务经验者佳。
- 具优异研究能力与解决方案提出能力，擅长跨部门及对外沟通协调。
- 具执业律师资格者优先。
- 能配合每周一次至台北关渡总部办公。
