职位概况
PwC People & Organization（P&O）团队在台北招聘顾问类经理，负责人才与组织相关项目的策划与执行，帮助企业应对组织转型、HR变革等关键议题。
主要职责
- 与客户建立并维护合作关系，洞察需求并发掘合作机会。
- 参与商机开发、需求讨论、提案规划及后续跟进。
- 负责项目进度管理，确保时程、质量和沟通符合客户期望。
- 推动人才与组织主题项目的实施，整合内部资源交付价值成果。
- 指导顾问团队成员提升分析、沟通、项目执行等顾问能力。
任职要求
- 对人才与组织议题有高度兴趣，具备成熟的客户应对与项目推进能力。
- 拥有项目管理、客户沟通或业务拓展经验。
- 具有人力资源相关经验，如HRBP、人才管理、组织发展等。
- 能够阅读、分析并用中英文进行简报整理和沟通。
必备技能
- 中英文资料阅读与分析能力。
- 项目管理与客户沟通技巧。
