Order/Revenue Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Order/Revenue Management Specialist to support complex, high‑value semiconductor equipment orders. This customer‑facing position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Logistics, and is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer forecasts, orders, and related data in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery and meet customer commitments.
• Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order‑related issues.
• Support shipment readiness, billing, revenue recognition, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
