About the role
We are looking for a Lead Operator to support assembly and test operations for our MOSFET product line at our Nanzih Technology Industrial Park facility in Kaohsiung. The role involves using equipment resources to complete assigned missions while ensuring high quality output and a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute assembly and test tasks as directed by supervisors or team leaders.
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets.
- Maintain product quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
- Report any equipment issues or quality concerns promptly.
Required profile
- 0‑3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
