- 在培训期间轮岗学习UPS运营的不同业务场景。
- 协助主管和经理完成日常运营工作。
- 培训结束后承担项目或专项任务，运用所学提升运营效率。
任职要求
- 具备自我或团队的领导素质和工作动力。
- 对物流与运营管理充满热情。
- 能够适应多岗位轮岗学习。
