职位概况
负责航空货运的定价、合并以及与外部航空公司、服务提供商和内部部门的沟通，确保货物顺利发运。
主要职责
- 根据客户需求与航空公司沟通并合并预订请求。
- 检查并遵守航空公司及目的地的相关规定。
- 使用内部系统完成预订，协调卡车供应商、机场终端和航空代理等服务提供商。
- 跟踪货物状态，处理货损、延误、丢失等问题。
- 管理定价及报价请求。
任职要求
- 大学毕业，国际贸易专业优先。
- 具备良好的人际沟通与协调能力。
- 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件。
- 积极、进取、具备“能做”态度。
- 英语听说读写能力良好。
- 拥有3-5年物流或货运代理相关经验者优先。
必备技能
- Microsoft Office
