About the role

Otis Taiwan is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators across the Taichung region. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling service requests, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of vertical transportation equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on elevators and escalators.
• Address customer complaints and service inquiries promptly.
• Prepare simple maintenance reports and documentation.
• Participate in technical training programs to enhance service skills.
• Work independently and cooperate with shift and on‑call duties.
• Cover service areas in Taichung City and surrounding districts (Dajia, Da’an, Qingshui, Wuchi, Shalu, Longjing, Dadu).

Required profile

• Possession of a Level‑3 elevator maintenance certification.
• Prior experience with elevator or escalator maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shift schedules.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for handling complaints.
