負責全台連鎖醫療集團的人才發展與接班規劃，統籌年度培訓計畫，推動企業文化與雇主品牌建設。
主要职责
- 規劃與執行年度教育訓練計畫。
- 人才盤點、職能發展與高潛力人才培育。
- 設計職涯發展、晉升制度與接班人計畫。
- 建置知識傳承教材與企業文化推廣。
- 管理人才供應鏈、雇主品牌與招募行銷。
任职要求
- 具備10年以上訓練發展或績效管理經驗。
- 熟悉醫療或零售體系者佳。
