Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Gogoro, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, guiding talent acquisition, development, retention and off‑boarding. You will leverage data‑driven insights to shape people initiatives that support both business performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide forward‑looking workforce and organizational development solutions.
• Lead recruitment, staffing, performance management, talent development and organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for workforce planning.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities and promote a high‑performing culture.
• Design and implement onboarding, development, engagement and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of progressive HR experience with expertise in at least two HR functions (e.g., recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, organizational development, employee relations).
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or HR consultant supporting business leaders.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels.
• Passion for people development and resilience to drive change.
