HR Manager – APAC Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across the APAC region. The role will provide hands‑on support in employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, benefits, recruiting coordination and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for APAC employees and managers, answering questions on policies, benefits and leave programs.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, orientation and employee lifecycle activities.
• Conduct initial intake and fact‑finding for employee‑relations issues and partner with Global HR on complex cases.
• Coach managers on performance management, policy interpretation and basic employee‑relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment practices across APAC countries.
• Coordinate benefits administration and work with external vendors.
• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, offer preparation and onboarding readiness.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and HR programs throughout the region.
• Maintain HR records, reporting and documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Partner with the global HR team on talent, compensation, organizational and people initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or high‑growth environment.
• Proven experience supporting employees and managers across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and labor regulations in at least one APAC country.
• Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding, HR operations, employee relations and benefits administration.
