HR Business Partner – Taiwan

About the role

Chubb Taiwan is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HR team. The role works closely with business leaders, the HR Head, and APAC HR teams to drive people initiatives in a multinational insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory on workforce planning, employee communication, and people matters.
• Support employee relations, performance discussions, and talent management issues.
• Assist with compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, bonuses, promotions, and HR data analysis.
• Drive talent development, performance management, and employee learning initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, wellness, internal communication, and other people programs.
• Participate in HR projects, system implementations, process improvements, and regional HR initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably with HRBP, C&B, ER, HR Operations, or Employee Engagement exposure.
• Experience in multinational companies, financial services, or the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor regulations and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and execution skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, able to read English documents and collaborate with APAC HR teams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters professionally.
