Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders. In this role you will blend strategic insight with day‑to‑day HR support to drive initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor on people‑related matters.
• Provide both strategic and day‑to‑day HR support to ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives and business objectives.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to design and implement policies, programs, and tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, foster positive workplace relationships, and enhance productivity and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or across multiple HR domains.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• People‑oriented mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Collaborative team player capable of building effective relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
