Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering professional recruitment consulting services.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve individual sales and recruitment targets.
• Partner with internal teams to provide high‑quality talent solutions across various industries.
• Specialize in mid‑ to high‑level recruitment across sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Technology, Energy, F&B, Banking, Fintech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices.

Required profile

• Passionate about people, relationship building, and continuous learning.
• Positive, self‑motivated, target‑driven with a strong desire for high earnings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with people.
• Sales or HR/recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
