职位概况
作为FedEx的快递员，负责国内外取件、派送及客户服务，确保按时、安全完成货物运输。
主要职责
- 执行取件、装载、派送等全流程物流操作。
- 处理客户咨询与投诉，提供专业服务。
- 遵守公司安全、运营及文档规范。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历，持有效驾驶执照。
- 1年以上专业驾驶经验，熟悉当地道路及路线规划。
- 具备良好的英语口语沟通能力。
- 能够承担体力工作，注重细节，具备问题解决能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用导航及路线规划工具。
