Job description
职位概况
运输支持协调员负责监控货物交付状态，及时向销售、客户、承运人等传递信息，并收集整理用于公司报告的物流数据。
主要职责
- 车辆调度及配送安排，协调司机、货运业者与客户的交货事宜。
- 运费计算、费用核对、开立发票及相关运输文件。
- 接听客户及运营商来电，评估信息并提供详细反馈。
- 监控提货、交付进度，处理退货、转移及订单变更。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，物流、运输、企业管理或国际贸易相关专业优先。
- 无经验亦可，有物流、运输、仓储或调度经验者佳。
- 具基本英文阅读写作能力，能处理简易邮件及文件。
必备技能
- 熟悉 Excel、Word、Outlook，具基本报表制作能力。
- 具数字概念，能够执行运费计算及账务核对。
