Supply Coordinator – Materials & Logistics

About the role

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for ensuring material availability in line with production plans and demand requirements. This role covers material supply, logistics, inventory control, and import/export administrative tasks, supporting both bonded and non‑bonded materials.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to achieve on‑time delivery of materials and products.
• Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Handle bonded warehouse processes and support compliant inventory and logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, taking actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records related to supply, logistics, and import/export activities.
• Escalate supply, logistics, or trade‑compliance issues promptly to minimize operational risk.
• Execute any tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.

Required profile

• University degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, materials, or import/export.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
