职位概况
负责按照酒店客房质量标准，对客房及楼层公共区域进行清洁与整理，确保客房环境整洁、舒适，提供夜床服务并维护公共设施。
主要职责
- 提前到岗，穿着制服、黑袜、黑鞋，保持仪容仪表。
- 领每日报表并参加早会，依据报表清洁客房（早班12间，晚班6间）。
- 妥善保管并在下班时归还房卡、公务手机及pantry钥匙，交接签名。
- 检查空房情况，进行夜床服务。
- 负责楼层pantry整理及公共区域的清洁保养。
- 下班前整理楼层备品室和公共区域。
- 遵守公司所有政策和程序。
任职要求
- 能够准时到岗并完成每日清洁任务。
- 遵守制服着装规范，发长需束发。
- 具备妥善保管并归还房卡、手机、钥匙的责任心。
- 能够根据报表进行客房清洁、空房检查及夜床服务。
- 遵守公司规章制度。
