职位概况
本岗位为餐饮服务专家培养计划，旨在通过为期12个月的跨店轮调培训，使员工熟悉法式餐厅、紫艳中餐厅、宴会厅、客房送餐及酒吧等五大业务单元，最终胜任餐饮/酒吧服务专家主任职务。
主要职责
- 使用推荐性销售技巧为客人点餐并提供餐饮服务。
- 按照不同场所及班次的服务流程（SOS）完成点单、上菜、收银等工作。
- 及时响应客人需求，提供“随时随地”服务。
- 负责工作站与餐桌的布置，确保设施齐全。
- 保持用餐区、后场及设备的清洁整洁。
- 执行开门、关门等营业前后职责，遵守公司政策。
任职要求
- 具备顾客至上服务理念，能够主动满足客人需求。
- 能够熟练进行收银结账并核对付款。
- 能够保持工作区域整洁有序。
- 遵守公司各项规章制度。
