职位概况
负责晶圆生产线的计划、执行与效率提升，统筹产能、排程及人员绩效管理，确保达成产能与出货目标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行生产计划，编制效率报表并进行对策检讨。
- 管理生产线三班制运作，调配约80名人员，掌控机台产能。
- 进行生产排程、专案管理及作业流程改进。
- 分析生产报告，消除瓶颈，提升产能。
任职要求
- 具备生产管理、品质管理及人因工程经验。
- 能够在高压环境下工作，适应轮班制（每1-2年轮调一次）。
- 积极乐观，善于沟通协调，具备强烈的企图心。
必备技能
- Excel宏/VBA 程序运用。
- PowerPoint 制作与展示。
- 具备 Power BI 使用经验者佳。
