About the role
The CMOS Image Sensor Business Development Manager will drive profitable growth for TSMC’s image sensor portfolio by shaping long‑term strategies and aligning technology road‑maps with market demand.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop long‑term business growth strategies to increase profitability.
- Collaborate with R&D, fabs and corporate planning to define technology road‑maps, capacity plans and pricing strategies.
- Present market direction and business insights to executives and senior management.
- Assess business risks through financial, statistical and economic analysis.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and bridge language gaps between customers and internal teams.
Required profile
- Familiarity with FINFET technology and the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to turn market data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- FINFET technology knowledge.
- Understanding of camera module supply chain and CIS (CMOS Image Sensor) design.
