3PM Supplier Quality Manager (Taiwan)

About the role

Henkel is looking for a Manager to lead its 3PM (contract manufacturing and traded goods) capability in Taiwan. The role ensures high‑quality products are supplied on time, drives supplier quality strategy, and safeguards Henkel’s IP and business information.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate 3PM compliance performance and conduct audits covering SHE, quality, and social standards.
• Develop supplier quality using tools such as FMEA, Control Plans and CtQ, and manage monthly performance reports.
• Ensure production process performance at supplier sites and protect Henkel IP.
• Execute make‑or‑buy (MOB) strategy, manage complaints via CCMS/SCMS, and follow MOC procedures.
• Perform annual review and stock‑taking for CMTG suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, process engineering or related functions.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP preferred).
• Knowledge of SHE and quality management, including production process and QA.
• Experience in inventory management.
