包装作业员（生产线操作员）

职位概况

负责依据生产组长指派，完成首末件检查、标贴、包装、装箱、搬运等生产作业，确保品质并准时交付，以满足客户需求并达成公司业绩目标。

主要职责

执行主管制定的行动方案，达成组织年度目标。
进行生产及仓储支援作业，确保准时出货。
执行生产程序、品质自主管理及制程改进，降低成本、提升效率。
使用MES系统进行条码刷入，确保生产记录完整。
遵守作业规范，填写日常报表，保证记录完整性。
维护工作环境整洁，确保产品质量。
发现并反馈生产问题，推动改进与预防措施。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

高中（职）以上学历。
一年以上相关生产工作经验，具包装作业经验者优先。
中文听、说、读、写能力良好。
