职位概况
负责客房的清洁、整理及补充用品，确保客人入住时拥有最高舒适度和整洁度。
主要职责
- 根据酒店标准清洁客房及浴室，更换床单、枕套等。
- 补充客房用品、文具、宣传册及迷你吧。
- 检查并报告客房维修工单，确保客房无缺陷。
- 处理客人需求，提供夜床服务并上报投诉。
- 收集并上交失物，填写相关表格。
任职要求
- 具备豪华酒店或度假村工作经验者优先。
- 具备亲切的服务态度，善于团队合作。
- 能够使用基本的英文进行书写和口语交流。
- 了解清洁程序、化学品及表面处理。
- 合法在台湾工作。
必备技能
- 熟悉客房清洁流程及用品补给。
- 能够识别并报告客房维修需求。
