职位概况

负责公司气瓶日常生产及相关设备的维护保养，确保生产安全、顺畅进行。

主要职责

执行气瓶生产作业，按工单完成生产任务。
对生产设备进行每日一级检查和每月自动检查。
开展设备的预防性维护，协助机械和电气维修人员进行维修。
负责生产现场的5S管理及机械设备的5M分配。
控制不合格品并参与质量异常原因分析及整改。
按时参加厂内安全环保例会，遵循标准作业程序。

任职要求

大专以上理工科相关专业学历。
具备基础英文阅读能力。
能够在工厂独立工作，保持警惕并关注现场安全。

必备技能

设备日常检查与维护。
预防性维护与故障排除。
5S现场管理。
