Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Intel Taiwan is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to join its Global EHS team. Reporting to the Global EHS Manager, the nurse will ensure compliance with Taiwan OSHA requirements and support the health and safety of Intel employees on site.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with employees, EHS, HR, Legal, Security, and Intel medical and mental health professionals.
• Ensure accurate documentation and privacy controls for medical data in line with laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee health programs, including medical surveillance exams, injury/illness case management, emergency treatment, and complex case liaison.
• Manage Taiwan OH programs, clinic operations, and contract providers (OH doctor and nurse).
• Execute Taiwan OSHA health promotion programs, recordkeeping, and support the wellness health checkup program.
• Coordinate onsite occupational health doctor consultations and health talks.
• Provide direct onsite first aid, primary care, and work‑related illness and injury management.
• Participate as a member of the Safety MRC and the site Emergency Response Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a local Registered Nurse license.
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse with a valid certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in occupational health and 2 years in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong initiative, organizational, self‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
