Marketing Manager – B2C Focus (Boost Flexii Growth)

About the role

Flexii is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager (or Assistant Marketing Manager) to accelerate its B2C growth in Taiwan. You will lead digital initiatives that unlock opportunities for users across Asia through the company’s on‑demand work‑matching platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audiences.
• Create and manage engaging content for the website, social media channels, and email campaigns to drive conversions.
• Oversee social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, growing audience engagement.
• Utilize data‑driven insights to track key performance indicators, generate reports, and optimize campaign performance.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with Business Development and cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within fintech or SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Passion for staying updated with industry innovations.
