Specialist, B2B Field Marketing

About the role

Mastercard Services Marketing is looking for a B2B Field Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation and partner engagement across the Asia Pacific region. The role will translate partner program priorities into market‑relevant campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate sales and deepen ecosystem relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage regional partner events, trade shows, executive briefings and other field activities to build brand relevance and generate qualified leads.
• Own hands‑on execution and performance reporting for field events, account‑based marketing activities and regional demand‑generation programs.
• Develop and run in‑market digital advertising campaigns, webinars and virtual events to expand the Partner Advantage Program.
• Coordinate with regional business owners, product marketing, customer marketing and partner sales teams to deliver integrated, market‑specific programs.
• Analyze campaign performance against metrics (leads, sales opportunities) and communicate outcomes while identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience, especially in field marketing, demand generation or event‑led partner engagement.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong written communication skills for speaker submissions, event invitations and sales enablement materials.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and build relationships with sales, product and global marketing teams.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple programs, stakeholders and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred).
• Marketing automation experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
