foodpanda Taiwan is seeking a strategic and analytical Growth Marketing Manager. In this role you will drive business growth by turning data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vertical projects and growth initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional meetings to align local stakeholders and hit targets.
• Analyze user behavior to uncover growth levers that expand active users and improve overall performance.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end demand‑generation campaigns, partnering with local marketing teams to maximise ROI.
• Own weekly and monthly business reviews, track marketing efficiency, diagnose gaps and provide strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the primary growth liaison between Taiwan teams and regional CRM stakeholders, streamlining user segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business analytics or strategy, preferably in e‑commerce, food delivery or tech startups.
• Strong structured thinking with proven ability to solve complex business problems using data.
• Excellent data storytelling skills to translate raw data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with exceptional interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Tableau (highly preferred)
