Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, a global leader in premium consumer goods, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive market share, revenue, depletion and brand visibility across Wholesale, On‑Trade and Off‑Trade channels in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and channel activation plans aligned with brand priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, customer and competitor analysis and optimise pricing, promotion and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, bars and strategic accounts.
• Partner with Sales on customer planning, commercial agreements and investment management.
• Lead CRM strategy, customer data management, segmentation and governance to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver trade programmes, activations and events, and support new product launches.
• Manage agencies, partners and trade‑marketing budgets, tracking ROI and key KPIs such as sell‑in, sell‑out, depletion and market share.

Required profile

• 6+ years of trade‑marketing experience in well‑known FMCG MNCs.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent planning, budgeting and project‑management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, customer analytics and performance‑management tools.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth, execution excellence and continuous improvement.
