Manufacturing & Process Engineer – Product Focus

About the role

3M is seeking a motivated Manufacturing / Process Engineer (Product Engineer) to support its Tainan manufacturing operations. The role combines product engineering, process control, and quality assurance to ensure stable production and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support and improve manufacturing process performance and product quality.
• Analyze manufacturing, process, inspection, and quality issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Own specific manufacturing processes or production areas to maintain stable output and yield.
• Manage inspection process control and outgoing quality, including method improvements and defect feedback alignment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Process Engineering, NPI, Automation, suppliers, subcontractors, and global teams.

• Hands‑on mindset, willing to engage directly with production lines.
