Job description
职位概况
负责在生产班次中支持日常生产计划，进行设备管理、故障排除及新产品导入、安全改进等工作，确保生产顺畅并符合质量与安全标准。
主要职责
- 班别切换后支援每日生产计划的执行。
- 负责设备点检、异常处理及日常维护。
- 协助新产品导入（NPI）、持续改进（CI）及安全改进项目。
- 在生产前完成设备工装设置与检查。
- 及时向主管报告EHS问题与事件。
- 配合工艺工程师解决关键质量与设备问题。
- 与班组长合作，确保操作员接受培训并具备合格技能。
- 关注团队士气，保障安全作业与高生产率。
- 完成主管交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 3年以上工厂生产领班经验者优先。
- 具备设备设置、日常管理和故障排除经验。
- 有现场5S实施经验。
- 熟悉5S、EHS、精益制造、质量管理等运营知识。
- 固定夜/日班工作制。
- 专科以上学历。
- 具备基本英文读写能力。
- 熟练使用MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
