Maintenance Engineer – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our semiconductor manufacturing site in Kaohsiung. You will work closely with the section head to ensure equipment reliability, safety and efficiency while supporting our high‑volume production of power MOSFETs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute maintenance missions assigned by the section head using planned manpower and equipment resources.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and output schedules.
• Ensure high safety standards and promote disciplined housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Upgrade machine efficiency and support continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• 0‑10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
