职位概况
负责主导并引导客户执行企业并购相关作业，包括收购、处置及募资等，协助客户在国内外市场实现战略目标。
主要职责
- 主导并协调并购项目的各项事务，推动项目进程。
- 与尽职调查团队、律师、交易方及监管机构等紧密合作。
- 汇整营运、财务信息，进行初步价值区间分析。
- 参与撰写服务建议书、投资说明书及产业分析报告。
任职要求
- 两年以上工作经验，具备财务分析、审计或企业评估经验者佳。
- 熟悉上市公司证券交易程序及相关法规。
- 英语能力佳，TOEIC 800 分以上。
- 具备良好的团队合作、沟通协调及抗压能力。
