Legal Counsel (Taiwan)

About the role

Klook is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Taiwan market operations. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the role will provide comprehensive legal guidance across contracting, regulatory compliance, and customer‑related matters, helping the company deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal resource for Klook’s Taiwan market, advising on contracts and local regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to ensure product development and initiatives meet legal requirements.
• Work with the customer experience team to handle consumer complaints, inquiries, and regulatory investigations related to consumer protection and privacy.
• Support litigation and dispute‑resolution efforts relevant to the Taiwan market as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputable law firms or in‑house legal teams.
• Experience in an entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
• Analytical, commercially minded, fast learner and tech‑savvy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages.
