职位概况
lululemon 在台中招聘 Key Leader（初階主管），负责门店日常运营与团队管理，提升顾客体验并推动业绩达标。
主要职责
- 以身作则，支持教育专员，确保门店提供卓越顾客体验。
- 运用关键绩效指标安排工作优先级，进行日常业务调整。
- 提供团队成员反馈、辅导与职业发展指导，处理绩效问题。
- 策划并执行本地及区域社群活动，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽日等。
- 管理门店开闭店作业、商品陈列与补货，确保运营效率。
任职要求
- 具备在所在司法管辖区合法工作的资格。
- 愿意弹性排班，适应门店轮班需求。
- 具备包容、多元、诚信、顾客导向及团队合作的价值观。
- 具备领导力，能够激励、赋能并指导团队成员。
必备技能
- 无特定技术工具要求，需具备基本门店运营与团队管理能力。
