Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Acne Studios' Taichung Shinkong Mitsukoshi location, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a luxury retail environment, nurture customer relationships, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring a luxurious and cutting‑edge atmosphere.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support KPI analysis and proactively implement sales strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance.
