Key Account Manager (Taipei, Taiwan)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with Kenvue's national accounts in Taiwan. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, deliver tailored presentations and proposals, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain dynamic partnerships with key clients, anticipating their evolving needs.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to craft strategic account plans that maximize revenue opportunities.
• Establish long‑term relationships with key decision makers to drive loyalty and growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely service delivery.
• Conduct tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations for key stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and produce detailed reports.
• Plan and oversee key account activities, including marketing campaigns and sales programs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align execution plans with promotional and merchandising guidelines.
• Champion client advocacy within the organization, translating feedback into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in key account management or sales roles within relevant industries.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
