Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead relationships with Cloud Service Providers, hyperscalers, and strategic enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for AI infrastructure, server, rack, liquid‑cooling, and data‑center solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage executive‑level relationships with CSPs, hyperscalers, and enterprise customers.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, engagement, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue in AI infrastructure and data‑center markets.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to design tailored customer solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, AI infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, and data‑center solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
