IT Operations Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Technician to deliver day‑to‑day technical support to end‑users via phone, remote access, and desk‑side assistance. You will ensure hardware, software, and peripheral devices are configured, maintained, and quickly resolved to minimise impact on the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals, including Office365 and Teams.
• Perform imaging, upgrades, and regular patching of Windows workstations and related drivers.
• Manage new‑hire and termination processes: account setup, hardware provisioning, training, and de‑provisioning.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and oversee the IT asset refresh lifecycle.
• Support software installation, testing, and upgrades for Windows, Outlook, and MS Office.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to address malware, virus, and vulnerability risks.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure ticket closure within SLA.
• Create and update knowledge articles and process documentation.
• Work with Systems, Network, Security, Application, and PMO teams on infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent education, certifications, and experience.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• At least 4 years of professional IT support experience.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
