Business Technology Partner – Taiwan/Hong Kong

About the role

The Business Technology Partner (BTP) – Senior Specialist is a hands‑on individual contributor focused on deploying, supporting and scaling digital capabilities in‑market. The role executes local readiness activities, supports training and adoption, and provides hyper‑care triage and day‑to‑day coordination with end users and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and clarify user needs, document user stories and feed them into intake/governance mechanisms.
• Support deployments by coordinating local activities such as readiness checklists, stakeholder touchpoints and data preparation.
• Organise and deliver user training, demos and materials, and support onboarding and sustained usage.
• Provide first‑line hyper‑care support during rollout, manage issue logs and liaise with IT and product teams.
• Track adoption signals and user feedback, escalating risks, barriers and unmet needs.
• Ensure local training, access and documentation steps are completed and maintain evidence of approvals.
• Collect market pain points and best practices, contributing to reusable playbooks and FAQs.
• Act as the Designated Point of Contact for local authorities and mobilise regional and global teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technology‑related roles (business analyst, implementation specialist, digital project coordination) within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with commercial digital platforms (CRM, content tools, BI dashboards) and AI, with ability to learn configuration/admin basics.
• Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules, issue logs and deployment tasks; basic agile familiarity is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills for training, supporting end users and translating business needs into technical updates.
