Job description
职位概况
从客户业务需求出发，整合 Phison AIDP、HCI、Agentic Hub、GPU Server、Storage 及合作伙伴方案，设计完整的端到端 AI 解决方案，并担任客户 engagement 的 Solution Lead。
主要职责
- 主导 AIDP End-to-End 解决方案架构，整合软硬件及合作伙伴方案。
- 参与重要客户 engagement，理解业务需求、IT 架构、AI 工作负载及导入目标。
- 将 HCI、Agentic Hub、GPU Server、Storage 等单一产品能力整合为完整的 Solution Value Proposition。
- 负责客户方案提案、架构设计、容量规划、配置及技术方案撰写。
- 协同销售/业务发展进行客户发现，帮助机会资格认定与方案定位。
任职要求
- 8 年以上企业 IT、云、AI 基础设施、数据中心或相关方案架构经验。
- 熟悉 Linux、虚拟化、容器/Kubernetes、GPU 基础设施、网络、存储等技术。
- 具备 AI/ML、LLM、RAG、Agentic AI 或 Private AI 方案经验。
- 拥有大型客户方案设计、POC、提案或系统集成经验。
- 具备良好的客户面对、咨询式销售及高层汇报能力，能够将复杂技术转化为业务价值。
- 中英文沟通流利，可支持海外客户 engagement。
