Information Technology Systems Engineer

About the role

Provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrow’s hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring, solution design, and consulting. The role involves troubleshooting across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications, and delivering second‑level support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor hardware and software infrastructure, generating performance reports.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications.
• Provide second‑level support to IT teams and end users, resolving escalated incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software repair activities.
• Participate in annual disaster‑recovery testing.
• Commute between Zhonghe and Taoyuan offices as required.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Work with virtual machines, storage, and data‑center equipment.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree (or 2‑year degree with equivalent experience) in a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support or systems engineering experience.
• Ability to follow established procedures under close supervision.
• Willingness to work onsite at two locations.
